The first layer of support is provided by our channel partners. We work closely with our partners to empower their technical teams to provide the best possible support to end-users. We also maintain a stock of spare parts at their location to ensure that they can make immediate changes as required.
The second layer of support is provided by our service engineering team at our headquarters in India. Our team is available to respond to calls and messages via WhatsApp to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, our service engineers can visit project sites to provide on-site support as needed.
The third layer of support is provided by our service team at our headquarters. Our team includes over 15 support engineers who are available on-call to provide expert assistance to our partners and end-users. By providing this comprehensive support system, we ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support from Datis.
